Rental Information:

 
The rates above are based on a one week rental. Daily rental rate is $325.00 with a minimum rental period of four days. Check in time is 2:00 PM and check out time is 10:00 AM. When possible, early arrivals and/or late departures will be accommodated based on availability. House accommodates a maximum of 4 persons.

Payment Information:

A 25% deposit is due with your reservation. The balance due must be paid in full 90 days prior to your arrival date. If the reservation is made within the 90 days of your arrival date, total payment is due with your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received 90 days or more from the arrival date will be fully refunded less a 10% handling fee. If you cancel within the 90 days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund equal to the monies you have paid if these amounts are collected from re-renting the cottage for the dates you cancelled, less the 10% handling fee.
